Hey, myself and my flat mate are both third year medics (from September) and are looking to rent out the third bedroom in our flat (from September). The flat is a three bedroom flat located on Warrender Park Terrace and is very modern, spacious and well furnished with all the mod cons. The spare room is a good size with a nice double bed, large desk, wardrobe and chest-of-drawers. The kitchen is large and sociable with dish washer, washing machine etc. There is also a moderate size TV room with a sofa and the whole flat has fast wireless broadband.

We are both really chilled out guys looking for someone similar (male or female and non-smoker). We love sport and are always out and about training. We also like the occasional drink but mostly like quite evenings as we will be working fairly hard next year. Just realised we sound like some sort of couple lol, we are not, just best mates!
