An exciting opportunity has become available to join a growing organisation who have recently expanded their services and recruiting for a Team Leader for the Perth area.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the management of a team of a team of staff to deliver the support plans for up to 10 Service Users . The successful candidate will also be expected to support the Service Manager in ensuring that all staff are managed and supervised effectively and the highest level of practice and standards are maintained. In the absence of the Service Manager, the Team Leader may be expected to take responsibility for the overall management of the service.
