Blue Arrows client, a public sector organisation based in Edinburgh, require an HR Officer on a full time basis to join their busy organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an operational human resource service, focusing on the recruitment and selection and then provision of advice and support to key staff.

Our client is looking for a candidate with an extensive work experience and detailed knowledge of the HR function or be a graduate or have a professional qualification or equivalent.

With recent relevant generalist HR experience, you should have line management experience, excellent communication skills, computer literacy and a driving license.

A sound knowledge of employment legislation, graduate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and experience of using a computerised personnel system are desireable.

Our client is would like the successfull candidate to start mid to late November and interviews will take place on the 3rd November.
